Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a detail-oriented and analytical interim Senior Accountant to support our retail client in the Los Angeles Southbay area for on an onsite 3 month engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of daily cash reconciliations for allocated stores in Oracle PeopleSoft. Your primary duties will include reconciling and posting downloaded transactions in PeopleSoft against various bank transactions, processing massive daily credit card transactions including Discovery, MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, and American Express, and updating and entering change orders in the shared worksheet during morning hours.Additionally, you will be responsible for manually clearing remaining transactions in PeopleSoft after bank downloads, handling ad hoc projects as assigned, managing zero price returns, reconciling Safe Connect credits, reconciling coin deposits, processing intercompany write-offs for accounts receivables clean-up in Garpac daily, and uploading accounts receivable check deposits in FileNet.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
